The 2nd,3rd and 4th bedroom each are featuring wooden floors, high ceilings with wooden beams and an attic accessed by a wooden ladder which can be used as either an extra bedroom or study. The fifth bedroom is situated above the master bedroom, featuring wood floors, walk in closet and an en- suit bathroom with shower and a marble sink. The luxury bathrooms feature floral patterned hand painted walls and have separate shower units from the Jacuzzi tubs, and twin marble sinks featuring Kohler design water faucets. A large garden terrace overlooking the river, waterfall, and beautiful gardens with views of the horse track and stables. Undercover pool, terraces and a chapel are harmonically distributed making this piece of property unique by location and characteristics.

Built in 2006, this rounded shape house was designed by local architecture firm Edward Suzuki Associates for their client who requesting to create a house which enable the residents to be able to see green from every room and feel a sense of spaciousness inside, so that the architect was asked to select every furniture, furnishing, and equipment including even artwork for its interiors. This Shimogamo House is located in Kyoto-Japan, the facade of the house is masked by a circular screen of frosted glass. Flanking this rather cold, high-tech expression are warm, natural, smoked bamboo louvers to strike a pleasant contrast between the industrialized material. This house is a brief explanation of Interface and a good example of Interface from the traditional Japanese design vocabulary named “Engawa,” which refers to peripheral corridor, of the old-style Japanese house. Engawa is the dual intermediate space between the outside and the inside proper. The perfect plan of the house is comprised of two bedrooms and related water closets on the ground level, a family room and a Japanese room flanking a sunken patio in an L-shape in the basement along with a study, a guestroom, and related sanitary rooms, a one-room style living, dining, and kitchen boasting over a 3-meter high ceiling on the second level, and a pergola-clad moon-gazing terrace up on the rooftop with a panorama of the hills of Kyoto all around.

Since 2008, the Superbude Hotel have introduced a new hotel concept as the result of the super “re-design” by Germany-based studio Dreimeta. The six floors of a former printing house were redesigned to create a long-term home with 74 stylish double and multi-bed rooms invite you to stay a while and relax. It is very great concept where anybody who checks in here is visitor and visited, guest and host, admirer and admired, all in one, so that you will be feel staying with friends at once living in a hotel. The design idea dreamed up by 3Meta to create a weird and wonderful new purpose, sofas have been covered with used jeans, kitchen sinks made out of seamen’s chests, and old water pipes have been screwed together to create shelves and tables. In consideration of Hamburg as a harbour town, some of the furniture has been made out of pallets and thick ropes. Nordic by nature! This “re-design” represents an answer to the trend of sustainable working methods. Superbude Lounge is full of creativity, where EuroPallets and Astra beer crates which have been upholstered and transformed into cool furniture.
